Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year and 16 weeks pregnant

Christmas 2014 - has been a long awaited day to come. 5 years old and almost 3 our girls made Christmas very enjoyable. Our tree went up about a week after Thankgiving. both girls enjoyed decorating inside the house with lights and even daddy decorated outside the house with twinkle lights.

 Christmas Eve - I was working and Brittin had made a wonderful dinner when I arrived home - a full cooked turkey, mashed potatoes, homemade butter flake rolls that were simply devine, homemade gray, the works! It was wonderful. Not long after dinner we desided that Christmas Eve was our time to enjoy together and we opened our gifts and shared the bible story of Jesus' birth. For the rest of the evening we got to relax and listen to our girls giggly laughs while they played with one another.

Christmas Day - was another mellow day as we relaxed and for dinner joined my dad and Dorothy for Christmas dinner, garlic bread, green bean casarole and lasagna. Both my sister and brother's family were out of town this year ( here for Thanksgiving) it was quite but the girls always enjoy playing with Sarah and Hannah.

New Year's Eve - while we might not have made it to midnight it was still nice to spend time at Grammies' house with family and friends.  Tacos to munch on and company to visit with. While girls got to play with cousin Brae.

New Years Day - paid holiday, thank you Costco. Also got to enjoy the day off together. It doesn't happen often but it's wonderful to get to have the same day off with the husband! No major plans, just spend time together as a family. A few errands here and there. We even did a little mystery shopping for baby #3

BABY #3!!!! - right, I didn't mention that yet! Well 16 weeks and yes it's true! Baby #3 is about the size of an avocado. And so far all things are seeming well. Dr apt in 4 days and hoping then I'll be able to scedual another ultra sound apt to see if this little one is a boy or girl. Wait, did you ask? Well we are happy to announce thst YES we are planning to find out if this little one is a boy or girl and YES we will share the news! Cravings...... Pizza anyone? So far no McDonald cravings yet. No morning sickness, praise The Lord. Everything seems to go well, sometimes I will feel my abscess in my tummy if I move, bend or pick up in a certain way. But other then a headache here or there no other complaints here. Instinct...  to be honest I think boy, even  since the beginning, but only time will tell.
Back in June we had a miscarriage, as grieved as we were we know it's all in the Lord's hands and his plans are always greater then ours.

LilliAnn 5 Years - wow! It's crazy to think our little Lilli is growing into a beautiful, caring, loving, bigger, little girl. She amazes us all the time in her random acts of words and actions of kindness. We pray that she will continue to show God's love to others through this.  Her favorite pass time is to color and draw, she does amazing detail work and her creative spirt shows strong in drawing which she loves to do. She loves to dress up her animals, and herself and has a great imagination that takes her on many adventures. Picky eater still? It's an understatement. There are very few things that foes into her mouth and stays down. Gag reflux is still in high order, just looking at her sister eating cheese or yogurt.. Gets a reflux going :( and in all honesty I don't think it's a on purpose thing.
Homeschool is going very well, she makes things easy most days. She even has started 1st grade math.  And she seems to enjoy Social Studies as well. Reading is coming along nicely although it might not be one of her favorites. LilliAnn shows heart for The Lord you can't help to smile when she talks about heaven and seeing Jesus, she knows our house isn't home, it's just where we stay till Jesus comes to take us to our real home.

Naomi - 2 years going on 3 - and this month too!!  Nano-me-ya our little sparkler. She's got  spunk she can hold her own she has no fear - but she sure does know how to snuggle!  I would have to say she loves to shadow her big sister, her best play mate. She has no issues keeping up. Naomi has also taken a liking to animals as well, but does have 1 baby doll whom she will attach to. My little left hander also likes to draw, circles that us she's a pro. She knows here colors and a lot of shapes. To keep her busy during school time she's always asking for her own homework pages. She's great at sear hand finds. And we are undrodcing her to letters BIG and little.  She's not a picky eater but is a HUGE fan of .... Cheese!! If she's crying, she will ask for cheese, somehow it just makes it all better. Potty training well I think were complete, it's just a night we keep a pull up on her. During the day her accidents came less and less it only has been a couple times where I think it was stubbornness that caused them.  She also has a sweet heart that loves too pray, and she never forgets Berket the little boy we sponsor in Ethiopia.

We are truly blessed, I enjoy our family to the fullest and I'm excited to see what God has in store for us. And to see this little one who God hand picked and is creating to be apart of our family.
Until next time -

Better Late Then Never....

We can all agree, that is has been FOREVER since I really have written a blog post. Well here's to making an effort.
While I may not be able to recap what's been happing the last 2 years, I will just update you on our most recent events.

Disneyland 2014
We have been saving our money for about 2 years to take this trip, we always had told LilliAnn when she turned 5 years old we would take her to Disneyland, I think she was more then impressed, and there was no disappointments.
First time airplane rides for both of our girls, waking up at 5:30 am - LilliAnn was all smiles first thing we had to wake her up. They both did so well on the plane. We didn't waste any time at all making our entrance to the park. Rides were a must! Mickey shaped ice cream, cotton candy, pizza, we ate it. It might not have been a healthy trip, but we made do with what we could.

Girls did pretty well on most of the rides, a good handful of them were dark, and loud, which neither or the girls really cared for at all, almost to the point of tears. They were troopers tho, willing to try new things. I think hands down the most favorite ride for both of them had to have been the carousel. High up on Lilli's list would be California Soarin' and the Dumbo ride I had talked LilliAnn into going on Splash Mountain before we even left for our trip, she was excited to check it out with me. After the ride was done, she wasn't excited at all, she DID NOT like drops. :( I felt bad, but was proud of her for going. We even tried Pirates of the Carrabin, she was in tears, ONLY because of the drops in the ride. Another ride we had to skip out on was Tough to be a bug, a 3d movie that stimulates bugs, that was a NO go for both of them. :( They did in fact love Toy Story Mania, a 3d shooting game.

 Our hotel had a great pool the girls loved to swim in, even the water slides gets two thumbs up from daddy. I loved the light up castle and fireworks headboard above our bed. We got to eat a character breakfast with some of Mickey's friends, which was really neat, along with yummy food, different character's visited us at our table.
One of the first character's we met was Cinderella, after that we got them an autograph book for the girls to get signed. They seemed to like to see the character's, and wanted to meet them, but when it was their turn, they got shy. LilliAnn was a good sport, and put her cheesey smile on for the camera anyways. Naomi only really warmed up to one character, Goofy!!

Another thing that Lilli enjoyed was pin trading, she definitely found a favorite, and wanted to keep a pink Mickey metal pin, and had no problem at all trading the other one over and over.

Our last day, we enjoyed just being together, we spent most of it in Down Town Disney, the girls got to each pick a prize, the whole time we were there they never asked for anything. I think the only thing asked for was some cotton candy. So on the last day we let them pick a prize. LilliAnn picked a spy glass, which we was MORE then happy to get. And Naomi found a little Minnie Mouse baby swaddled in a blanket. Plane ride back home was easy, so thankful we had little princess behavior.

HomeSchool 2014
I'm sure all of you know already but we have decided to Homeschool our girls. It's something that we both think will benefit our girls in every way possible., and we feel this is what the Lord wants us to do. Please keep us in your prayers as we go on this journey. There is SO much to learn, I'm excited to see how the Lord will guide us through this.
So LilliAnn is in her Kindergarten year. And Naomi is in her Preschool year. I'm looking forward to going on many new adventures with both of them.
 Right now LilliAnn is already starting to read, she really seemed to pick up quickly on this. She also seems to understand math (adding, time, money)  pretty well too. Right now she is working on writing her numbers and letters the right way, she sometimes will get them backwards, and she gets frustrated when she knows that it's not right.

Naomi can count pretty well, we are teaching her shapes, and colors.

Well I think that should do it for now. Thanks so much for taking time to catch up on our family. We are so blessed in the Lord.

My little Angelina Ballerina 3 years & 10 months

**Orginally written 5-13-13**                                                                                                               LilliAnn is one of the newest members of the ballerina club! (May) At the end of this month will be her last class, we are still deciding weather to sign her up for summer classes at the studio or not. Right now she is training at the Fircrest Rec Center once a week. She loves going to class and getting her leotard and tights on, and her special ballet shoes. I can remember her first week of going she did not take her leotard off all day, all the night, and all the next day. Even throughout the weeks she still wants to keep it on all day long! We are excited that she will be able to participate in her 1st recital the beginning of June. She even has her own gorgeous costume! I'm a little worried on how to fix her hair and makeup, as I've been practicing the way the teacher showed us, but can't seem to get it just right. Well tomorrow will be the real test, when we take her to have her professional pictures taken.

She is still our very creative, very smart, clever girl. Daily she blows us away, with things she stays. It's crazy to think in just a couple short months she will be....... 4!!!! ..... oh, boy! I just want to keep her mini sized forever! Just the small moments that make you stop and think, I am soooo blessed be able to watch this moment in their life! For example, pratcing for her ballet recital tonight, we were dancing around a chair with apples (we only had oranges-so we pretended) just like her recital will have, just dancing around to classical music (ballet music) hands on our hips, marching then hopping, pueroets (sp) later moving on to homemade streamers taped to straws. Naomi following around and around. We were pretending that milk was everywhere! (LilliAnn's idea) at points there was SOooo much milk we had to swim. It was lots of fun, and i was soooooooooo happy in my heart that i got to be in that moment with both my daughters. I was continuously being blessed, to get to hear LilliAnn in bed, reading stories out loud, making up her own version as she carried on for an hour
She still is our picky eater, working on this seems to be a struggle. Even bribing her with treats if she eats her dinner doesn't work. ( when i was little it didn't work on me either) Before dinner is done, she already says she doesn't like it. We try and few bites here and there. I think she only fills up with her glass of milk on some nights.

While trying to remember things to post on 4 months....speaking of treats, does bring back a family memory we had about 3 weeks ago. After dinner one night we decided to take the girls out for icecream at DairyQueen, first time we've done this. And it was a HUGE hit! LilliAnn requested that we had to go back the next day! Special treat indeed! We will make it a family special treat night, how often.....is to be decided. :)

Oh yes! Mother's Day! Was last Sunday(not yesterdays) guess where we went!? Of course Snoqualmie Falls! Totally our very own family tradition! We left a little earlier packed a picnic basket lunch. We drove the opposite way and found some picnic tables right by the trains! Perfect! LilliAnn is still into trains, and at this point in time had decided to have a train birthday party! We found a little burger place to get a side of fries to eat along with our lunch we brought. We played and walked around a little bit before driving over to the falls. It's was beautiful with an overflowing amount of water. We also found a little grassy area and the girls had a blast running around on.

4 months too late!? Naomi's Update 16 months

Well I have to say, I've thought about the blogging here and there, but just haven't had the chance to just "sit" and write. So here I am. Let's see what I can remember in the last 4 months.

We will start with Nano-me-ya.

She's had her 1st birthday! Wow! Naomi's party we had at our home, which was jungle themed. Lion and tigers, oh my! We are very blessed for all our family and friends that we have to show their love to Naomi. Winter and summer birthdays certainly are different. Meatballs, fruit trays, lasagna, and mac n cheese was served. Naomi had no problem dipping into her lion share of the cake! She pretty much had green dye poopy diapers for the whole day after!

15 month check up!
Well her 15 month check up ended up being a 14month check up, some how I have no idea, we ended up going in  month early.....here's her stats:
Weight: 19lbs (36.88%)
Height: 2' 4" (28inches - .25%)
Head: 44.5cm (25.54%) Which we are very relieved to see this go up, especially since for pre birth and a couple month after she was in the 2%

It's been about 4 weeks since Naomi is on her feet, it really didn't take anytime at all. It was 2 weeks before that, when she was venturing out on her own, but falling down, then crawling to her destination. Then after that I can visually remember the day, she fell, but pushed herself back up, and didn't give up ever since. Now she barely looses balance and she is on the GO,go,GO! One of the things she enjoys are watching older kids run around, she loves to laugh, and scream, trying to run, and catch up after them!

She's weaned her self off bottles almost completely, usually wanting one before bed, and sometimes will wake up in the middle of the night for a snack! Even, before that she's taken her self off formula, I want to say before she turned 12 months. We are back on Smith Brothers milk delivery, after a 6month break but we're HUGE fans! Love that you can get farm fresh milk.

Eating habits: well if you asked me about a month or 2 ago, hands down I would say she loves and would eat ANYTHING! Well, not so much anymore, if it's something she does not like, she will raspberry it out of her mouth as fast as she can. This includes noodles, eggs, bread, some vegetables. She is becoming quite the picky eater. Hoping it's just a phase...but we shall see.

Following her big sisters footsteps she loves watching the baby Einstein movies. They don't play as well as they used to, they've earned some big scratches and scuffs. Debating weather or not to find a new set on ebay. Also having big sister around, she's graduated to "bigger kid" shows, so we still try to squeeze in Curious George, or the movies that LilliAnn watched at her age. Naomi loves to dance, and sing. Pretty much anytime she hears music turn on, she will sway back and forth, and she is singing or humming along.

We are still working on words with her so far it's still "Momma, and dada" and we still try LilliAnn, but still sounds like a long sound. She loves to go bye-bye, she will wave and say "bye" which also is her Hi. Oh, yes how can I forgot she's been able to sign milk, and now we can do please. Still trying to get those sounds come out!

A little slow getting her teeth in, she has her bottom 2 and the top 2, and we see 2 little top right and left fangs poking through.

In about a week we will see an ear specialist for our little girl. Every month constantly since December (when we all had the flu) she has been getting double ear infections, and put on anti biotic. So we are seeking something that can maybe help her. So, we are in prayer, about our decision no matter what we will need to decide.

Naomi is definally my snuggle baby. LOVE IT! She loves to follow you around the house, and most times prefers to be held. She most times will sit contently on your lap, and loves to observe. She loves to give wet kisses, and will press her forehead against yours... as in to head snuggle..!? :) It's super sweet and I wouldn't change a thing. She's getting better at staying in her Sunday school class, but so far more times then stay, they usually come and find us, because she gets so upset. But we will keep trying, she will get better.

She truly is a blessing from the Lord, and we are so grateful to have her in our lives. It makes your heart melt even at such an early age, hands folded to pray. Our prayer for her that she will be a courageous woman of God, that seeks after him.

I hope I'm not forgetting anything. And I also hope that I won't wait as long to update, less to read, and less things forgotten. Summer is around the corner, we've got blueberries and strawberries to grow. I'm hoping to get some veggies going to. - might be a little delayed, ill try and get some pictures to go along with her post soon -

Merry Chritmas and a Happy Flu Bug!

Well Christmas is here and gone and Welcome 2013!

We had a great Christmas. Some new things we tired with LilliAnn this year was a Advent Calendar. She never forgot  a day to open the door, to reveal a little candy inside. I think we will do it again next year. We also as a family built a gingerbread house together, it was lots of fun, and i think LilliAnn liked that we got to decorate in all in candy. We are still figuring out our own family traditions and what we like and want to do. Our Christmas tree went up the day after Thanksgiving, we haven't gotten the "real" tree yet, but this year our pre-lit tree only lit up half way, we just bought a couple strings of lights to fill in, and you couldn't even notice. We really don't do the "Santa" thing, there just already seems to be allot of other stuff going on already. She knows Christmas time celebrates Jesus' birth, His birthday. She was excited to make cupcakes for Him. It's cute when you ask her where Jesus was born, she will tell you "in a manger" For now it's what were sticking to, and I don't think were causing any harm, or taking any fun away from her.We decided to wait after she went to bed Christmas eve, to put ALL the presents under the tree. So when she woke up, it would be a big surprise. Her favorite part i think was "opening"  presents. Even with Naomi she would say "Naomi's too little, I will help her" thank goodness Naomi has such a helpful big sister ;) We let her pick out 1 present to open, then we ate breakfast together, and then got to open all the rest. It was priceless, getting to watch her.

Happy New Year! So far we are 2 weeks into the new year, and what we've gotten out of it so far has been the FLUBUG! Naomi caught it first (New Year's Eve) all that night i thought Naomi feels "warm" Sure enough the next day fever struck. Daddy stayed home with LilliAnn while I brought her into the walk in clinic. where Grandpa met us. She pretty much was a little limp doll, just resting her head on my chest  the entire time at the office. They swabbed her nose, and her test came back positive for the flu. I felt so bad for her, they dosed her with some Motrin which an hour later helped her perk up some. Before leaving the office, they suggested we take her in to the ER. Not questioning them, they to us the flu for babies was pretty serious. Not wanting to risk it, I brought her in the Mary Bridge. As soon as the Dr came in the room, it wasn't a very warm welcome at all. Basically the first question she asked me was NOT about my daughter, but my reason for even coming into the ER. Who sent you? Why did they send you? Basicly i felt like i shouldn't even had showed my face in there building. I even had to request them to look in her ears, which her response was, i won't  prescribe her anything, anyways. She looked in her ears and said they were fine. She cont to worry why and who sent us to the ER. Saying Naomi looked great, and she didn't even test for the flu there. Waste of time is what it was. 3 days later Naomi still had some concerns i wasn't comfortable with keeping her home, so i made an apt with her Peditrician. He was able to see her that day, looked into her ears without me asking, cleaned out some wax, and told me she had a double ear infection. When i told him what happened at the ER, he replied i don't know how they could even tell, wax was blocking the view. This didn't make me a happy momma, knowing that the ER told me her ears were fine, when i wanted them to check because even I thought she had in infection then too. Mary Bridge may or may not be getting a letter of complaint from me.
3 days later then New Years LilliAnn and I came down with the flu as well. It's no fun being sick. Blessed that we had daddy to take top notch care of all of us, we spent allot of time in bed. But I'm so thankful he was there to take care of us. LilliAnn even had a return back to the pedirtions office  because her fever was retuning and her cough was getting worse. She had to also go on antibiotics for an upper resportity infection.

~~~~~~~~~~~
In other news:
Our little girls are growing! Naomi will be 1 at the end staof this month!!!! Eek! I'm still pondering what to do for her 1st birthday planning. I think it will be a Monkey or a Zebra themed birthday. I need to start offically planning this weekend! Shes still not walking yet, but she sure has no problem pulling her self up, or getting to one side of the room to the other. She still is my hungry little hippo, and still loves to try new things. Alas 1 thing we tried with her that she DOES NOT like.....avacado. Other then that she's signing the "more" sign when she wants....more. :) Simes and giggles she has plenty to share.
LilliAnn is growing tall and still is very clever. Just some random questions you will ask her. How did you get the hicups? "I got them from laughing to much" I was thinking about working with her to write her name soon. I know she's likes to do "frog-jects" projects, so we might have to give it a go and see how it goes. Oh, and tinkerbell, her name is "Jingle-bell" :)
Busy life of a Mommy..Naomi 9 month update
Yes, it's true. I'm not on TOP of my blogging as I'd like to be (I'd like to do once a month for each of my girls) ...but I'm coming in a close 2nd...and I'll take it. Better late then never right!?
Naomi update!!! It's been a little over a month that she had her 9 month check up(11-5-12). While I had good intentions of writing this out sooner. Here it is
Height: 2 ft 3inches (25%)
Weight: 17lbs 11.5oz (41%)
Head: 43.2cm (32%)
Hooray, for her head growth! For awhile she was in the lower percentile, but seems like she's caught up in the normal range.
1 little poke in her leg, I always feel bad when she gets shots, her little cry just wants you to hold her tighter in your arms.
Naomi is a true blessing to our family. Her little personality is starting to show, and right now what i see in her is motivation. She's been pulling herself up for about a month and a half, she at first could only pull her self up to her knees (1st in the crib 10-17-12) then within a week to her feet, and then she could not get back down, and would cry out for help. With in another week she could get down on her own. Now she can balance herself with one leg under her, pushing off with another leg out and up. She is showing signs of her starting to furniture surf. At 10 months i won't be surprised if she starts walking on her own before her 1st Birthday.
She a SUPER great eater, she pretty much will  eat anything you will feed her. Even the GREEN baby food! haha, with the last 2 weeks we have started to feed her more table food, which she doesn't seem to mind at all. A favorite of hers is the Campbell's chicken noodle soup, we will feed her the noddles, and they will be gone in no time. Bananas, yogurt, cereal, noodles, and yes even a FrenchFry... tid bits here and there, she is more then HAPPY to help you eat your meal. I'm glad to see she loves to enjoy her food. Now only if LilliAnn would do the same thing, altho I can't blame her too much, I myself is a picky eater...but i think LilliAnn is MORE picky then I.
This picture is funny because, taken late at night, Naomi got into Daddys tin of cookies!! -Bowser desided he would help Naomi eat them too!(10-21-12)
She made it to her 1st trip to the pumpkin patch (10-28-12), and got a lil' baby pumpkin that her Big sister helped pick out. It had been a busy month, and I didn't think that we would make it, but we squeezed in the Pumpkin Patch the last weekend it was open. We drove out to Spooner Farms, the day after the down pour of rain we had. So it was pretty "muddy" But Naomi stayed dry and warm riding in the Baby Born on daddy sholders.
For our church harvest festival she dressed a a lil' cow, which LilliAnn wore for her 1st costume too.
Our routine is not as consistent as I would like. But our mornings can  happen as she will wake up between 8-9AM with a warm bottle to eat, and an hour later she will eat a breakfast baby food (fruit) and by 11:30 she is usually ready for her nap. I remember LilliAnn taking 2 naps a day..but Naomi only really takes 1. She will sometimes take "cat naps" while we run errands on car rides, but that's usually about it. I don't know if it's just me...or just a phase. BUT with in the last month it just seems like she is an ANTI-sleeper!! She will stay up LATE!!! I mean like sometimes till 1!!! Wake up early 4-5AM eat, and go back to bed, luckily. But still, how can this little girl GO-go-GO on little to no sleep. Her mood is GREAT, but, momma likes her sleep too! She will usually go to bed between 8-9PM. We try to lay  her down first to get a head start on sleeping, before LilliAnn goes to the room for her bedtime. Depending on the night or the day, she will go to sleep for a couple hours then wake up...eat..sometimes go back to bed...sometimes not. It's really a coin toss with how she sleeps.
 This past week she had her 1st ear infection :( Her sleeping got even worse with screams to go along, i took her in, and sure enough she had an ear infection. Today was her last day on the antibiotics. She still has a little sniffly nose, so I'm hoping her ear infection will stay away. They gave her an antibiotic along with ear drops. I had the expectation which the Dr. said is was like magic in a bottle. The Dr. said do you want to sleep tonight!? ...but i don't think those drops helped AT ALL...because even after giving them to her, she'd still scream in pain. We gave them a few days try and didn't notice a difference with or without them. :/   She's starting to feel better, and sleep a bit more. Hooray!
Naomi likes to look at books, plays with Lego's. And will follow you around like a puppy. She likes to be where you are, and doesn't like to be left behind. She likes to stick out her tongue and say "llllllllllllllll" while moving her tongue back and forth. And gets a BIG smile when you do it along with her.
We got a new pellet stove! I'm so excited about this, I grew up on a wood stove, altho it's not a wood, it's a GREAT comprise. I'm so excited to have a FIRE burning this winter season! The girls are playing "peek-a-boo" with daddy as he works on installing this all on his own! :)
Well I'm sure I will be posting after Christmas time! So thanks for staying tuned with our family updates! God Bless!
Let the "Why" phase....i mean "WHAT?" phase begin!
 Well it's started, she's just about 3 1/2 years....and it isn't "Why" after everything you say..it's "WHAT? What did you say mommy?" Even after you explain to her in GREATer detail, it's still a "What?" -so the the 3rd or 4th time i will say to her "I already told you" *deep breath*
LilliAnn fills the role as "Big Sister" pretty perfectly. She does all the things a sister is supposed to do. She lets us know when Naomi is doing something she's not supposed to. Gives Naomi a binky when she cries. Get's mad at her (sometimes) when she "looks" at her. Plays together nicely, then sometimes, she just isn't in the mood to "share" And of course the all time favorite "take a bath together"
It's been a busy month, I didn't think that we would make it, but we squeezed in the Pumpkin Patch the last weekend it was open. We drove out to Spooner Farms, the day after the down pour of rain we had. So it was pretty "muddy" LilliAnn didn't mind at all in the slightest. We brought boots, so she took advantage, and trampled in almost every puddle she could find. Duck races, and finding the perfect lil' pumpkin didn't take to long. She even helped Naomi find her mini pumpkin. And popcorn  topped it off as special treat to bring for the car ride home.
Next comes the Harvest Festival - that afternoon we went to visit Grandma Freese at the Lutheran Home, we walked around the nurses station with Grandma, Aunt Dede, Auntie Carmie, Maddi and BraeLynn. The girls got collect candy for there bag.
Later on in the evening went to our Church harvest festival. She met up with Sarah and Hannah. And Sarah proudly took over, wanting to take LilliAnn all over to play the games, and get candy. Can you guess who LilliAnn dressed up to be!? Nope it wasn't Cinderella...it was MINNIE MOUSE! Yes, it's true, LilliAnn is still in love with Minnie! It's funny how quickly there tastes buds change. I wonder how long she will be on her Mickey/Minnie kick! It' so far seems Minnie is lasting longer the Cinderella tho. To her amusement, we took her to the Disney store out in SouthCenter and little while back, and she chose to take Mickey home vs. Minnie. Ever since then she's been talking about getting a  Minnie, so i think she may find one under the tree Christmas Morning. I was going to wait till Christmas to give her a "Lilli sized" Minnie Mouse wall decal, but Costco did mark them down so i couldn't resist. I put it up in her room, when she didn't know, and i remebmer calling her name to come into her bedroom. When she walked in her whole face lit up, as she looked at the her sized Minnie above her bed. ....ahhhhh....love those moments. :)
That brings us to tonight in Events:
Disney On Ice! What a great show, I've never been, so i really didn't know what to expect. I found a great deal on tickets, i got 3 tickets for the price of 1!! Super deal! So we took the drive down to Everett. Auntie Carmie got to watch lil' Naomi, so mommy and daddy could take "just LilliAnn" on a special date. It was lots of fun, LilliAnn wore the Cinderella dress i made for her. She was excited to see Cinderella. And was SUPER excited that Mickey and Minnie were there too. And the end of each lil' preformace the audience clapped. LilliAnn's eyes grew bright with excitement every time this happened. The skaters were wonderful, and even had a scene when they were flying in the air! - I was impressed.
LilliAnn is still my little picky eater. One of her new things she likes to eat is peanut butter and honey sandwiches. And she likes to eat chicken noodle soup, but will only pick out, and eat the chicken in it.
I want to say, since I last blogged about her we've even taken her to see the dentist. It was 6months since her last visit. And she did GREAT! I really like the kid dentist that we go to. They make it all about the kids. Her teeth look healthy, but he thinks she may need braces when she's older, because he thinks they may be a bit crowed.
LilliAnn is a blessing in our lives. My prayer for her is that she will seek after the Lord, and will have a loving heart, that desires to serve the Lord. She loves going to Sunday school. She knows the story Jonah and the Whale by heart (don't know if i blogged about this already or not) but, it still tops as one of her favorite bible story's to be read. We have not practiced a new bible verse since she's memorized "Children obey your parents, in the Lord, for this is right" Ephesians 6:1  So, thinking still of what one we should work on next.
Life as a mommy, is a dream come true. It has it's fustrations at times. But i would never trade it for anything in the world. God has given these little girls to us to take care of. I couldn't be more blessed then to have the one and only LilliAnn and the one and only Naomi. It's pretty incrediable.
