LilliAnn 3 year checkup, Complete!
Today LilliAnn had her 3 year old check up, because Daddy was home from work today, LilliAnn and I packed up and went to the doctors office. It wasn't long till after we got there that they took us back. This doctors office visit was different because, she got to do BIG girl things. The nice nurse needed to measure her, she stood tall and still against the wall, and then she got weighed. She was a good listener, and did what she was asked. She even got her blood pressure taken, that was a little surprise to me.

She even got a little paper gown to but on, i wish that I brought my camera, but i was able to catch a snap on my phone. She looked forward to getting a sticker when she was all done with her check-up. When the doctor offered her a book (which our office gives a book, after your check-up) she asked for a sticker instead.
Her stats are as follows
Tempature: 98.1
BP: 86/48
Height: 3'.5" <36 1="1" inches="inches"> (28%) She's usually always been in the higher percent for her height, but it's dropped down ALOT, the doctor says if she was to cont. growing at this pace, she will be around 5' 3" when she grows up.36>
Weight: 27lbs 3.2oz (13%)
Day, by day our little girl is getting bigger and bigger. It's hard to notice it, but when i look back at pictures, such as when Naomi was born, i am amazed.
She's starting to get more personality and opinions. Right now the first things that pop into my head of things she Doesn't like:
Fuzzy's - often a pet hair, or random fuzzy stuck onto her hand or finger, she gets upset and frantic, and wants mommy to take it off. "There's a fuzzy - get it - get it!"
Naomi's drool - now that Naomi's on the move, she can scoot towards what she wants on the floor, we often plan trains, so Naomi will like to play with a train track. "NAOMI'S drooling on it!!" with a pouty cry for desperate need of action to be done. Not just on her train tracks but pretty much anything.
Things she's into as of late:
Cinderella has taken a back seat, and Minnie Mouse has moved to the front. I think her Minnie Mouse swim suit has played a role, as well as her newest and favorite show, Mickey Mouse Clubhouse. Since we don't have TV channels and haven't ever since we've owned a home, we check out these nifty DVD's out at the library. We've talked about when she turns 5, it's our plan to go on a airplane to see Mickey. So almost for a month we go to the library once a week to check a new Mickey movie out, and she likes to watch them over, and over. Tonight we were at my dad's and Sarah had a Minnie Mouse plush, and told LilliAnn that Minnie could sleep over with her. LilliAnn had a grin from ear to ear. As soon as we got into the car she carried on a conversation with Minnie, even all till before bed time. When we finally got into bed, she said "I can't see Minnie!" I hope isn't wasn't a bad idea, but i gave her a flashlight to take to bed with her. While Sarah and Hannah will be spending the weekend with us, I hope sending Minnie back home, won't be a big ordeal. We might need to get a Minnie Mouse for LilliAnn of her own.
Trains- Loves, loves trains! We got her a whole track of them, and we play with them on a daily basis. For her birthday Uncle Benjie and Aunt Julie got her a Thomas and Ben train that moves electricly with a battery, so we like to set up a big track to watch them go round and round.
The park- she loves going to the park! Swings are still her favorite, and she's starting to add in the slides a bit more.
Things she says:
The elevator still stands: "alligator"
Naomi's tears: This just came out today Naomi had tears in her eyes, and LilliAnn says "Oh no, look - Naomi has rain drops in her eyes" - this melted my heart, love!
