Let the "Why" phase....i mean "WHAT?" phase begin!

Well it's started, she's just about 3 1/2 years....and it isn't "Why" after everything you say..it's "WHAT? What did you say mommy?" Even after you explain to her in GREATer detail, it's still a "What?" -so the the 3rd or 4th time i will say to her "I already told you" *deep breath*

LilliAnn fills the role as "Big Sister" pretty perfectly. She does all the things a sister is supposed to do. She lets us know when Naomi is doing something she's not supposed to. Gives Naomi a binky when she cries. Get's mad at her (sometimes) when she "looks" at her. Plays together nicely, then sometimes, she just isn't in the mood to "share" And of course the all time favorite "take a bath together"

It's been a busy month, I didn't think that we would make it, but we squeezed in the Pumpkin Patch the last weekend it was open. We drove out to Spooner Farms, the day after the down pour of rain we had. So it was pretty "muddy" LilliAnn didn't mind at all in the slightest. We brought boots, so she took advantage, and trampled in almost every puddle she could find. Duck races, and finding the perfect lil' pumpkin didn't take to long. She even helped Naomi find her mini pumpkin. And popcorn  topped it off as special treat to bring for the car ride home.

Next comes the Harvest Festival - that afternoon we went to visit Grandma Freese at the Lutheran Home, we walked around the nurses station with Grandma, Aunt Dede, Auntie Carmie, Maddi and BraeLynn. The girls got collect candy for there bag.

Later on in the evening went to our Church harvest festival. She met up with Sarah and Hannah. And Sarah proudly took over, wanting to take LilliAnn all over to play the games, and get candy. Can you guess who LilliAnn dressed up to be!? Nope it wasn't Cinderella...it was MINNIE MOUSE! Yes, it's true, LilliAnn is still in love with Minnie! It's funny how quickly there tastes buds change. I wonder how long she will be on her Mickey/Minnie kick! It' so far seems Minnie is lasting longer the Cinderella tho. To her amusement, we took her to the Disney store out in SouthCenter and little while back, and she chose to take Mickey home vs. Minnie. Ever since then she's been talking about getting a  Minnie, so i think she may find one under the tree Christmas Morning. I was going to wait till Christmas to give her a "Lilli sized" Minnie Mouse wall decal, but Costco did mark them down so i couldn't resist. I put it up in her room, when she didn't know, and i remebmer calling her name to come into her bedroom. When she walked in her whole face lit up, as she looked at the her sized Minnie above her bed. ....ahhhhh....love those moments. :)

That brings us to tonight in Events:
Disney On Ice! What a great show, I've never been, so i really didn't know what to expect. I found a great deal on tickets, i got 3 tickets for the price of 1!! Super deal! So we took the drive down to Everett. Auntie Carmie got to watch lil' Naomi, so mommy and daddy could take "just LilliAnn" on a special date. It was lots of fun, LilliAnn wore the Cinderella dress i made for her. She was excited to see Cinderella. And was SUPER excited that Mickey and Minnie were there too. And the end of each lil' preformace the audience clapped. LilliAnn's eyes grew bright with excitement every time this happened. The skaters were wonderful, and even had a scene when they were flying in the air! - I was impressed.

LilliAnn is still my little picky eater. One of her new things she likes to eat is peanut butter and honey sandwiches. And she likes to eat chicken noodle soup, but will only pick out, and eat the chicken in it.

I want to say, since I last blogged about her we've even taken her to see the dentist. It was 6months since her last visit. And she did GREAT! I really like the kid dentist that we go to. They make it all about the kids. Her teeth look healthy, but he thinks she may need braces when she's older, because he thinks they may be a bit crowed.

LilliAnn is a blessing in our lives. My prayer for her is that she will seek after the Lord, and will have a loving heart, that desires to serve the Lord. She loves going to Sunday school. She knows the story Jonah and the Whale by heart (don't know if i blogged about this already or not) but, it still tops as one of her favorite bible story's to be read. We have not practiced a new bible verse since she's memorized "Children obey your parents, in the Lord, for this is right" Ephesians 6:1  So, thinking still of what one we should work on next.

Life as a mommy, is a dream come true. It has it's fustrations at times. But i would never trade it for anything in the world. God has given these little girls to us to take care of. I couldn't be more blessed then to have the one and only LilliAnn and the one and only Naomi. It's pretty incrediable.
