Looking Up

Well, I'm almost excited to say...things are looking up. But there is also the phrase of speaking to soon. This past week will hopefully be my last to the hospital, and i can finally focus more to being a mommy. This last visit i went in with drug fever, being on antibiotics to long can cause symptoms. They took another CT scan whiched showed most of all my absess in the lower abdomen completely gone, with only 2 left attached to my liver. They went in draining one of them, getting about 12ml worth. The fluid could return, or it could just all go away, they changed my IV antibiotic again. Hopefully this time by my next apt. he will say i can discontinue. Just like all the other med's that i have been taking to this point. Maybe another CT scan down the road just to be sure everything is taken care of in there.

LilliAnn had her 2 month check-up this past Monday. She is 11lbs and 3oz which puts her in the 55%. And 23inches long which puts her in the 77%. She is going to be tall like her daddy. She gets cuter everyday. She's fighting her first little cold. And on top of that she got 3 shots, which made her very crabby for a day. She's getting better at holding her head. And is almost to the point were she no longer drinks 2oz bottles anymore. Her eye color I think is leaning toward the color brown, but some days they look dark blue. Her hair is growing fast, but it may be hard to tell since allot of it so light in color. She's a joy to have around. We love her so much and are proud to have her apart of our family.
